“Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him. Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.” ~Psalm 62: 1,8
A praycation is a vacation with the Lord where the journey’s end is not the physical place you visit; rather it is an inner place where your soul finds rest in God. It is a delightful mix of inspiring talks, prayers, and reflection, relaxation and visits to local sites, while enjoying the company of fellow travelers. Take a break now and join a 4-day Praycation featuring Holy Land Subic with Fr. Dante Venus, SVD from April 7-10, 2022.
Begin your praycation with an enjoyable bus ride from Manila to Holy Land Subic. Nestled in the serene and tranquil Subic Rainforest, Holy Land Subic is an immersive sanctuary and Biblical Theme Park. The day’s activities will include watching a video presentation on the mysteries of the rosary, after which the group will do a meditative rosary walk along the Via Rosario and Via Dolorosa, reflecting on the lives of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph.
At the Jordan River, pilgrims will have the chance to renew their baptismal vows, while married couples will renew their marriage vows during mass at the Chapel of Jesus and Mary at Cana. Insert your prayer petitions into the crevices of the Prayer Wall and Wall of Saints, which were inspired by the Jerusalem Wailing Wall.
Visit Mary’s House of Prayer and Museum, which houses a collection of 29 Marian statues from the different apparitions around the world, including the Philippines. Deepen your devotion to the Blessed Mother as you learn more about the history of the Marian apparitions and the titles given to the Blessed Mother.
Prepare yourself for this coming Holy Week. Enjoy and unplug from your daily concerns and plug into the presence of God. Join a 4-day Praycation featuring Holy Land Subic with Fr. Dante Venus, SVD from April 7-10, 2022.
